Green Crane - Outside Hiroshima Garden Hut

For Sunday's Hiroshima memorial, someone draped strings of folded paper cranes through the small trees in the garden, & tucked some among the clay figures on the ground. Puppeteers dressed in white sang a sacred harp song & a Japanese poem set to music. The day was clear & bright & warm; the singing was strong & moving as it always is.
