Uni-Augsburg is a “new” university, opened after the student protests of 1968. It is built on the grounds of a Messerschmitt factory that was bombed out in WWII. We’re living in a guest apartment above the applied physics lab - very modern, with external Venetian blinds that automatically open & close based on sunlight or a secret timer or something we haven’t figured out yet. Internet access for me is only at the library, so posts haven't been possible, and are likely to be few & far between.
